Residents must maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline.

One-month prior notice is required before vacating the hostel.

If a resident fails to inform management one month before vacating, the advance will not be refunded.

Any damage to hostel property will be charged to the resident.

Security deposit (₹3,000 Advance) will be refunded only after room inspection, clearance of all dues, and return of hostel belongings (if any).

Residents must switch off lights, fans, and electrical appliances when not in use.

Loud music, disturbances, or behavior affecting other residents are not permitted.

Management is not responsible for loss of personal valuables.

Hostel management reserves the right to terminate accommodation for misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of hostel rules.

Maintenance charges of ₹1,000 will be charged at the time of vacating.
